Reclaim Your Power Back

Empowerment Through Resilience, founded by Sheila Manhanga, empowers women to rebuild their confidence, identity and purpose after acquiring a disability and experiencing life-changing challenges. As a Forensic Mental Health Practitioner, Transformational Mentor and 3× International Bestselling Author, Sheila combines professional knowledge with lived experience of disability and chronic pain. Through resilience mentoring, personal development and practical empowerment tools, she helps women move from surviving to thriving, rediscover their inner strength and embrace new possibilities. Her mission is to help every woman recognise that her circumstances do not define her worth or determine her future. Reclaim Your Power. Redefine Your Life.
