I have 25 years' experience of working in mental health in NHS, therapeutic communities and private practice. My practice is based on an integrative model drawing elements from Group Analysis, Person Centred Therapy and Mentalisation Based Treatments.
I am able to support clients with issues regarding ongoing difficulties with relationships, negative thinking, anger, low self-esteem, loneliness, trauma, deliberate self-harming behaviours, personality difficulties, addictive behaviours, challenegs in a work environment, struggling to find purpose in life or have meaningful life goals.
The aim as a psychotherapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and non - judgemental therapeutic space within which you can explore such issues. The goal is to develop together a new narrative that can help you understand such barriers in managing with life's challenges, make healthier life choices and become more authentic in your relationships.
