Do not send any mail via Rickmansworth sorting office they will definately lose it for you. We know of several business letters that were sent from Three River DC in Rickmansworth to us in Croxley Green, neeedless to say we didn't receive any of them. This was verbally reported to Rickmansworth sorting office who said they would investigate what had happened. Guess what, 4 months later we still haven't heard a thing.
I am sure they have a policy that if you don't keep on calling they will forget it.
