Avoid. Unreliable service and dismissive customer care.
I booked & prepaid for an airport transfer with Riviera Cars, only to be left waiting at arrivals for 50 minutes from 12:50 am until 1:40 am.
There was no driver waiting & no commutation regarding driver or vehicle details or pickup instructions. I had to call the office myself at 12.50am to find out what was happening. I suspect a driver was only arranged after that call, as he told us he had been contacted while finishing his previous job.
The complaint handling was equally poor. After two emails and multiple follow up calls, it took 72 hours to receive a reply. They dismissed the 50 minute wait, failed to address the lack of communication and offered just 10% off a future booking. When challenged, they refused to offer anything further. Their idea of compensation was for us to spend more money with them!?!

Good Afternoon Katie
Sorry for the delay response as I needed to speak to the driver and operator to find out what went wrong.
We normally allow 45 minutes to an hour after landing for collection this avoids any additional charges. Your flight landed at 0023hrs.
According to the driver log he arrived at 0130 at the pick up point 7mins over the the recommended collection time.
From your email you have requested a full refund, Unfortunately this is not gonna be possible as the journey was completed and only 7mins access waiting occured.
However as a good will gesture we will offer you 10% discount off any future journeys.
