Card is put through regardless.
Constantly having to go to sorting office as phone is never picked up.
Unfortunately this service is relied upon by a vast number of businesses, why is beyond me.
The service given is not synonymous with the expectation of a first class service.

The staff are excellent , and the service is spot on . However there is nowhere to park anywhere near the sorting office and this is found to be a ludicrous situation in a modern town.
Parking should be made available at, or near, the sorting office for the general public to use.
