I went to post a letter at moor nook at 17.20hrs the mail van was there and I asked the driver if he had already emptied the post box. to which he replied ' no not yet love.' I then posted my letter. as I got back in my car I saw him get in the van and drove away. I am disgusted as the last post states 17.30. He could have put my letter in the bag he was putting in the van. Great customer relations!!
