Our super LAZY postman dumps the mail for my whole block of flats in one pile on a shelf in the mail room, rather than post letters in individual letterboxes. Consequently massive amounts go missing, including credit cards and valuable packets, thus causing a lot of trouble for all residents. This behaviour is equivalent to leaving all the mail for one street on a garden wall at the corner of the street! Many students live in the flats plus their constant visitors, and doors are always left open, so theft is extremely easy. I also complain about the lack of any method available for making complaints - presumably the post office thinks it is perfect. I can supply photos of the piles of mail.
