3 times this week I have received post for my next door neighbour and my neighbour 2 doors down, even though the house number and post code are clearly visible, this has happened not only this week but over the past several weeks but more this week and we have stopped the post man and told him his mistake, then this morning one of my neighbours 2 doors down brings me a small package I was waiting for that was posted through his door with a letter apologising for opening it by mistake, my name and address was clearly visible on the package , so the postman had done it again and posted my mail in someone else's postbox without even looking at the address on the front , I am left wondering now what the point is in paying for a service that is not being met by the royal mail, and do they deserve to be called the royal mail , absolutely not, I wonder if the Queen gets her neighbour's mail .....doubt it ......disgusting service ......

This sorting office is making a large number of errors when sorting mail, resulting in letters being delivered to the wrong address. I live on Church Street, Gamlingay and regularly receive mail for Church Street in other villages like Tempsford and Great Grandsden. I also know that my Radio Times has not shown up this week, which may mean that it has been delivered to one of the other Church Streets in the SG19 area. I have tried to call the office, but cannot get through. I am really fed up with the poor sorting. What is the point of asking people to use a post code, if those people sorting the mail aren't going to bother to read it?

Two cards were posted Thursday 11 February evening to Potton, Sandy, Beds FIRST CLASS. Neither card arrived on Saturday 13 February. This is very poor service considering the price of a first class stamp.
