tried to collect parcel for which I had a card left 23/07/16. Went on 25/7 and told try following day. Have been 3 times on consecutive days and no parcel. For 2 days have been waiting for a call back as they try to trace what has happened. Apparently a "Manager" is dealing with this. No numbers I can ring, no email to try just left wondering what is going on. Not even a call to update or acknowledge the problem. Appalling way to treat customers
