Just spoke to the lovely Emma again at Selby Sorting Office, she helped me previously with a package being delivered to my address when I was not going to be there. I have had the same again today and called to ask whether the package can be left in a safe place, Emma even remembered me which was lovely. A pleasure again to speak to this helpful lady.

Trying to get in contact about redelivery from Selby office is completely farcical & a waste of time & money no one answers.
I take parcels in from royal mail for neighbours on a almost daily basis,yet if I should go out I have to arrange redelivery, which wouldn't be a problem apart from our post is always so late & royal mail will never give a time.
So infuriating when I help them save time on redelivery for others
