Simplypay have been in the card payments industry for two years, initially working from Lochgelly, now based in Dunfermline in larger premises to enable our growth.
Quickly establishing ourselves as a trusted partner to businesses and embarking on a journey to become a payments company with customers at the heart of everything we do.
Since our inception, we helped over 2,500 small businesses save money and time on their card payments whilst improving customer engagement and customer service levels.
Today we are a licensed UK ISO working with several of the world's leading acquiring banks with the common goal of making the payments experience an enjoyable one for our customers. All of our solutions are based on each business's individual requirements, with easy access to a dedicated account manager and our customer support team.
