Our 55-station gym is packed with all the latest equipment, while the 25m swimming pool is perfect for swimmers of all ages and abilities. It’s in here that we host our award-winning swimming lessons, alongside a number of other aquatic activities in the pool. Furthermore, you can also enjoy our range of group exercise classes that are designed to suit people of all ages and abilities. If you want to relax after your workout, then why not sample our sauna and steam room?

Our large dedicated group cycling studio offers classes with our expert trainers who provide an amazing atmosphere. There is no better place to cycle and keep fit, as well as getting to know new people.
This 25m pool caters for everyone’s preferred aquatic activities.
Come and relax, unwind and refresh yourself in our health suite, whether that’s after a workout, or just a hard day at work. Within it you can enjoy the sauna or steam room, which have their own shower facility and relaxation area.
You can choose from an exciting fitness programme promoting classes such as Bodypump, Clubbercise, Pilates, Yoga and Circuit training.
