Our regular postman Ian is great but his day off replacement couldn't care less. He leaves my mail at other peoples houses. If i'm lucky they bring it to me. This is not good.

I returned a parcel of shoes to Waktham Chase PO on 28.20.14,these were shoes that were too big returning to exchange for smaller size. Postman today said we had not picked up a parcel waiting for us, so husband collected them. They turned out to be the shoes I had taken in on 28 OCT & today was 28 November this parcel had been left at Waltham Chade & not sent to Hedge End. How come the returns label is clear enough. Not happy at all!
