This is a shoddy service. I just want to make an enquiry, for some reason their phone number appears to be top secret, when I did eventually find a number nobody answers the phone. No wonder their competitors are doing so well

I have just had a parcel delivered today of a set of DVDs.
Yet again the postman/woman has rammed them through my letterbox, which is clearly too small, and smashed them! This despite my partner being in all day. There was no knock on the door whatsoever!
This coupled with the fact that I am constantly getting mail for next door or even a completely different road!!!
This is really poor service, and I am being very restrained here.
