I'm disgusted! I was taxed too high on my last wage before retiring with the NHS. Payroll couldn't help even after 2 months later so they told me to ring the tax office, so I did. After leaving all my details with an automated voice I was then on hold for over 30 minutes with an automated voice telling me an advisor would be with me shortly! I hung up at 35 minutes as no one had answered. I will now have to go through the whole process AGAIN another day! Disgusting.
