I would like to thank all the staff at Boscombe for the attention given at my recent appointment for glasses and contact lenses. I had previously completed your survey after my visit and wanted to thank in particular your staff member Anna but had not remembered her name at the time. Would you therefore convey my personal thanks to her for her proficient and helpful advice in helping me choose my glasses.
