A lovely range of designs and the instructions and stitch guides are easy to follow. Very reasonably priced and I like that some of the money goes to good causes too. The instructions and stitch guides are very user-friendly and printing is easy too. A lovely company that I have used several times and will again.

Very good value for money, especially if you buy six or more patterns. The patterns show the level of difficulty, and they are always clear and easy to follow. The recipients of the cards I've made have always been very impressed.

I find this site to be very easy to use and I love the patterns. The fact that they show up in my inbox IMMEDIATELY is wonderful. I have never had a problem downloading patterns. I love making the cards for my family and friends. It is my favorite hobby.

The service is spot on, I can easily view the designs and I have found to order the e.patterns fairly simple, especially as I am a 'grey' surfer.......but still naturally blonde ! I love lots of designs and always look forward to e.mails from your company showing new designs.The only problems now is when I saw this survey I was in the middle of downloading my latest patterns and the reward was showing a Russian Doll figure, then it changed to a Christmas bookmark which I wasn't really interested in. Any chance of sending me the Russian Doll design ?
