A lovely range of designs and the instructions and stitch guides are easy to follow. Very reasonably priced and I like that some of the money goes to good causes too. The instructions and stitch guides are very user-friendly and printing is easy too. A lovely company that I have used several times and will again.

Very good value for money, especially if you buy six or more patterns. The patterns show the level of difficulty, and they are always clear and easy to follow. The recipients of the cards I've made have always been very impressed.

Great online service, always responds to any queries I have had very quickly. Easy to find what I am looking for. There is a great variety of projects to make for any occassion. Very easy site to navigate and use with clear layout. Purchases are immediately available to download with clear instructions for new users of the site. When I have had any questions the reply has been very prompt and customers are encouraged to send in new pattern design ideas with the designer often making a new design quickly available when a customer has a special request for an event or occasion. The site offers a forum which is a very useful addition to the service because fellow customers often have the answer to a problem you might have with regards to materials or tools.
