Waited in all morning for a tracked 24 hour delivery parcel due between 9.30 - 11.00am, only to be advised at 1pm that parcel would not be delivered due to a “REQUEST NOT TO DELIVER” to the property my item is addressed to today. ( No Signature required)
This request was not made by me, the recipient, at any time.
No attempt to deliver was made!!!!!!!
In future. I will request all parcels to be left at local post office collection point at post office counter in my village.

People are all to ready to complain and rarely praise. I would like to praise the service I have received from the postal delivery staff to Weaver's meadow. They have been unfailingly polite and courteous. A great bunch especially the two regular ones, tall with glasses and not so tall with a smile.
