Sudbury Tax Office - HMRC Sudbury - Inland Revenue

The gentleman who runs this office is very helpful and knowledgable. It is a boon for those of us who do not want to complete forms on line and who have had bad experiences of sending returns thy mail which were "lost" in the system. Although in my case I had taken the precaution of requiring a signature from the tax office in Cardiff. We need more localism in our dealings with officialdom and I am very annoyed and saddened that the interface with the taxpayer is getting less and less human.
Sadly, I know these comments will be ignored.
