I own a Car Cabin (fully enclosed) mobility scooter this is unique in Hereford and Worcester.
After trying local firms who either did not reply or said they could not get the scooter "Up the stairs to their workshop," which was proved to be rubbish, TPG was the only company prepared to service and repair my scooter.
They have not hesitated to take on repairs that needed a great deal of patience to sort out due to the Car Cabin design.
I have used TPG for many years with my previous scooter and have always had the very highest level of service.

We were given fantastic service with regard to having a stair lift fitted. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we got first class advice and a very speedy delivery. I would recomend this company to anyone in need of disabled aids.

As you know, our guys in the workshop are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the service you require. Our whole team are driven by a passion to assist where ever they can and sometimes this will mean some lateral thinking and some extra research, but it makes it all worthwhile when we know we are helping those that appreciate it.

We appreciate that aquiring a stairlift is never something people aspire to and it is an item that many would not have prior knowledge of how they work.
For that reason our company slogan of 'Let Our Family Help Your Family' is as true today as it was 33 years ago when we first started fitting stairlifts.
