Tyne Tech provided brilliant customer service. I went to them with a broken remote control and they fixed it on the spot literally free of charge! I had a few other things repaired here after that and the service was excellent each time. 100% would recommend!

So experienced and customer-friendly. My mobile was internally burned-out, unusable, but no charge for them to attempt repair. I think they should indicate on their website that they sell new phones also, as I purchased one there and then with their guidance and a deal, cheaper than large retailers, plus they fitted a super case totally free, and set up the sim & memory card. Will sure use again when necessary ! Excellent
