Hello, welcome to Cathartic Counselling. I am Tammy, a warm and compassionate counsellor based in Liverpool. I am a qualified and registered therapeutic counsellor, offering sessions in-person, online, or by phone. I work with adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, worry, loneliness, abuse, depression, low mood, childhood experiences, low self-esteem, confidence, relationship and family issues, stress, anger and overwhelm. I tailor therapy to you, using a blend of person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and inner child work. I am passionate about counselling and supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing.
