Just moved to Bere Ferrers recently (PL207DW) I have lived all over the country and have never before had a better service. The Post Woman who delivers here is amazing...she is the friendliest postie We have ever known. In absolutely appalling weather she still finds time to stop & pat the dog! Service is not always about punctuality...it is about customer service skills and this lady has got it right. As an ex Police Officer I know all about dealing with the public....so please pass on this message to whoever is in charge of your staff.
