A brief thank you to That Pond Guy and his superb team. When I suddenly lost a lot of water from my pond some of his team called in at short notice this week (same day as call-out - and in freezing weather) to take a look and give helpful advice with the assurance of further visits if required. My problem with previous pond people has been being able to get someone to look at any snags in meaningful timescale- especially if a ‘one man band.’ Not so ‘That Pond Guy.’ Seemingly a largish team who give a great, friendly and terrific service - I highly recommend them for new work, maintenance and servicing. Thanks so much guys.
