About The Gym Group Dorchester
The Gym Group Dorchester gives people in Dorchester, Poundbury and Fordington a local gym option close to Brewery Square, Dorchester South and the county town centre, useful for market-town errands and rail-linked routines. Inside, members can move between free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment and functional training space, so the same visit can cover heavy lifting, steady cardio, mobility work or conditioning. Lockers, showers, Wi-Fi, free classes and PT support help make regular training easier to plan.
