The Gym Group London Docklands is open 24/7 and conveniently located for members across the Docklands and Isle of Dogs, close to Mudchute station, Millwall Park and the River Thames. Members can train across a wide range of cardio equipment, free weights and resistance machines, or make use of dedicated functional training space. Free classes provide additional ways to train, while personal training can be arranged for one-to-one guidance. Lockers, showers and Wi-Fi are also available for members using the gym.
