The Media Trainer Method® is a specialist professional development programme for experienced communications professionals and journalists who want to become media trainers or strengthen the training they already deliver. Created by Rebecca Jabbar, it teaches participants how to design and deliver high-quality media training, develop effective messaging, lead interview practice and give constructive feedback. The programme also explores how AI can support modern media training and how to position, price, market and grow a professional training offer. Training is practical, small-group and built around proven frameworks developed through around 20 years of real-world media training experience.
