I had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered but got automatically rearranged.
Went in to collect instead as it was my medication and had none left.
Explained this and the guy went out of his way to find my parcel which he never had to do but found it promptly even though it had already been put in a van for delivery and gave my other mail.
Brilliant service and customer care thank you to the guy that went out his way and Royal Mail in general.

It would seem that your opening hours are painfully short, and bare no resemblance to those published. The member of staff I spoke to in the rear compound, regarding the collection of a parcel, wasn’t interested.
