This is by far the worst delivery office and delivery drivers I have ever encountered. They do not deliver items to the correct house, they never leave calling cards...EVER and the amount of post and deliveries that have gone missing is absurd.

I had ordered a parcel from Amazon which I have been told has been at Tooting office since 25th March and has not been delivered (2 weeks). On contacting the office, we were told the sender needs to contact them and on contacting the sender we were once again told that we need to pick up our parcel from the delivery office with an ID. For all this trouble and delay we have been put through, at least a note stating that the parcel has been received and we need to collect it from the office would have been the way to go. The Royal Mail customer service clearly mentions that a 'something for you' card will be left with collection time. Highly incompetent!
