Do not send your kids there. My son wore braces for 2 years, had the permanent retainers fixed, and as they made a mess of it, the retainers came off, the teeth moved and we have to start all over again. Only this time they told me to pay on private basis. You will hardly every see the same person twice, dismissive attitude.
