I have been into the depot and talked to you about it. We have a notice on the door, a letter box and a secure shed - I told him this already.

Daily I have parcels delivered by Royal Mail just dumped on my doorstep, often in the rain. Its not good enough.

Your postman who delivers in Totnes has thumping music blaring out and doesn't turn it off when he parks, it doesn't give a very good impression of the Royal Mail.
