Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

We needed new filter for our drinking water and we found 'water filters ltd'. We thought to give it a shot and so far I am really happy about quality of water. We had britta tap and filter system under our sink so we needed just new filter, my husband had to make some adjustments for that, so we didn't need to change all tap provided by company. I like that we don't need to change it very often and when I compare the taste of water while we had britta and this filter, I would never come back to britta filters...

Regularly use these water filters. They fit well and really do filter my drinking water, especially as we live in a highly chlorinated and fluoride added area. Excellent product and service whiti will continue to use. Excellent value for money too.

My Dad worked as a plumber and is now in his 80's with dementia but still insists on doing household jobs himself. Sometimes he struggles but the easy fitting water filter and simple instructions means he can fit that himself with no problems. He is delighted with it every time and makes sure I remember to use the same company. Thanks very much.

Great water filter. Used to replace an NSA filter. Retained the existing water fountain and shut-off tap by purchasing reducer push-fit connectors to step down a size to the new filter pipe size. Simple DIY installation.

First found UK Water Filters in a random google search when my new fridge shouted for a new water filter. Ordering was simple and straightforward.
Unfortunately there was a slight issue with the fitting (two slightly different versions it appears) so I contact their sales team, provided a picture of the one I had been sent, and without waiting for the returned items to arrive, UK Water Filters quickly dispatched a replacement which fitted perfectly.
No issues at all with leaks or other problems with any of their filters.
I've just fitted my third filter and clearly after the issue with the first one, they have made a note on my account and every subsequent filter as been correct.
Always prompt and efficient, I wouldn't hesitate to offer a recommendation for UK Water Filters - they even email a reminder to tell me that my fridge is likely to want a replacement filter soon, so I can be ready when the warning light goes on.
How nice to find a good reliable supplier in this day and age!

Have had years of difficulty replacing the old cartridges (push-on connectors) until I say the advert and comments for UK Water Filters. I purchased a promotional pack of three and received them 3 days later. Snipped off the old filter connectors and fitted the new one in one minute. Excellent. Water tastes great again , and was simple to fit.

Very pleased with this product which replaced my old Springflow system. Easy to fit as uses same 1/4 inch flexible pipe. New product is better designed as when it’s time to renew filter you don’t have to detach any pipes, just unscrew housing.

I fitted it about one week ago and it great it looks like my hard water problem has been resolved.
no scum on our tea or coffee and we have stopped using bottled water.
My soft water reading is down to 195 from 310 before fitting the filter

I find the filters very easy to change. I always am reminded by email when they should be changed, which takes the stress out of remembering and there is a ‘One Click’ order form that makes reordering very easy.
If I ever have any problems or need help here is always a friendly person at the end of the phone.
