Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

I have had three water filter cartridges from them. Had a slight problem with the connector of one of them but they were great and sent me a new connector which I fitted and it solved the problem. Really pleased with them.

I needed an answer to the fact my Britta filter system was costing an arm and a leg every time I needed a new cartridge.
UK Water Filters LTD were the answer with a fantastic Filter kit to get me away from the over priced Britta stuff.
The kit came with full instructions and a video which all made the new kit easy to fit.
I'm now enjoying filtered water without having to take a out a bank loan to do it.

Website not overly clear on the exact type needed so rang the helpline where the man who answered quickly identified the exact match. I ordered on line and the filter arrived 2 or 3 days later, very simple process. Filter fitted and all is ok. WILL use again and would recommend. :-)
