Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

Two years ago I purchased a water filter together with the Designer Mini Tap.
Everything has been working fine until recently when the tap starting dripping from the spout when closed.
I contacted the UK Water Filters support team via their web site. They replied within hours, diagnosed the problem as a faulty ceramic disc and dispatched a replacement part under warranty which arrived in the same week.
They supplied clear instructions on how to replace the part - which was a straightforward exercise - and they promptly resolved the problem.
The staff were courteous and professional.

I have been buying my water filters from UK Water Filters Ltd and have always been delighted at the helpful replies to any queries , either by phone or by email. I find it easy to place my order online. The water filter is delivered usually within 24 hours or so. I am also extra pleased that they now use recycled cardboard as packaging to wrap the the filter, instead of bubble wrap. The cardboard goes into my garden compost bin instead of the waste bin.

After initial on-line order, I received an email stating that original replacement cartridge was no longer made, would I like an alternative? This duly arrived a few days later but found to be damaged. On calling UK Water Filters a replacement was dispatched and successfully fitted. Phone calls were quickly answered in a friendly and positive way.

It took a plumber an hour to fit this little filter into the cold feed of a mixer tap using 15mm plastic pipework. The unit was fitted at the front inside of the under-sink cupboard and a small valve was inserted in the feed to facilitate doing the 6 monthly change.
There was an immediate improvement to the water quality which was very pleasing indeed. A no clutter simple piece of equipment and so long as you can bend down to work in the under-sink cupboard (I could not !), simple to fit.
We are delighted.

Great service with the replacing of the water cartridges as the email reminders is a great aid to help remember when it should be done. Also the replacement of push-fit connectors was sent the next day with the added benefit of the stop-valve added in as well. Thanks.

I have to say how pleased I am with the unit.
