Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

These filters do a good job of keeping our drinking water fresh and healthy . It removes all trace of chlorine smell and of course all the other nasties that come in drinking water . It is just like using a Britta filter jug but is now so much more convenient to have the fitter in line on our drinking water tap . The filter comes with all the bits to make replacing it a simple one minute task . Shipping is quick and I am always very happy with service and product . Compared to bottled water this saves lots of money and it helps saves the planet too as we no longer get water in plastic bottles .

I live in a hard water area and need a filter for kettle and coffee machine. The UK Water Filters product is the best that I have found and is good value for money. Customer service is excellent with email reminders when it is time to change the filter and a direct link for reordering. I have no hesitation in recommending the filter and the company.

The process of purchasing was smooth and the filter cost less than the Fisher & Paykel one would.

Unfortunately the first refill cartridge that was posted to me didn't arrive, hence quite a few e mails between Luke and myself. He was very helpful, responded quickly, and eventually a replacement was sent to me. This caused a delay of almost 2 weeks between ordering and finally getting the cartridge. I have given 4 stars to reliability due to delay in post but customer service warrants 5.

Great product. As good as Brita inline filters but a fraction of the price. Easy to fit as a replacement for Brita although it does take up a little bit more space. Customer support is also very good .... it's not often you can say that these days! I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Product excellent, have purchased these in line filters for years now and not only is the filtered water great to drink, all utensils have no sign of damage caused by tap water!
Many larger companies could learn from this company as to how to look after and keep their customers.

I bought a Brita replacement filter complete with the anti - scale element as the original Brita unit was proving pretty costly and I wasn't so sure about the overall performance. Have to say I was very impressed with the service, delivery and quality of the new UK Water Filter. It came complete with a range of fittings and I had it installed within 30 minutes. Very impressed and the water tastes great too.
