Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

When I realised how much a water filter for my newish Fisher and Peykel fridge cost, I was horrified!! So I took the plunge and ordered a cheaper one from UK water filters. I was pretty worried- that it wouldn’t be compatible after all, that it would be a nightmare to install etc etc. But I needn’t have worried. The filter came with clear instructions which I was easily able to follow, and I installed it myself in a few minutes. I had to remove the existing plastic adapter thingy from the pipes but that was straightforward, then I attached the new one with just a pair of pliers to help tighten it up. I am so pleased I haven’t been taken in by the scam of branded filters, and this company were great - very quick delivery, great product and clear instructions. Thank you

Bought a replacement none branded filter and it fitted perfectly with no bother whatsoever. The product feels good quality and has very clear instructions in the package and what to do if you encounter any problems. Only had it in a short period of time but no issues with any leaks etc.
I also like the fact the packaging is recycled and a courstesy note to explain why but in this day and age so good to see. Definately buy with confidence.

Filter arrived quickly and was packaged well. I spoke to customer services for clarification of what came with filter and pipe connections, and found them to be very helpful, and friendly.Unfortunately my plumber was busy, and had a holiday booked, so fitting was delayed until 19th July.
Having tasted, and smelled, the filtered water we have already put our filter jug back in the cupboard.
We decided to get the filter, as we recently stayed at an Exmoor Inn that had its own borehole water supply. By the 3rd Day my skin allergies, diagnosed as food and dairy problems, had much improved in appearance and itchiness. Both symptoms returned on coming home.
We will save money on filter cartridges, and bottled water, so consider our money well spent. If I also get some benefit regarding my allergies I will be ecstatic.

Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I purchased a kitchen filter +hot/cold tap and a filter unit to replace an old unit. After a quick chat, everything I needed was packaged up and received by me the next day. Delighted that the replacement was straightforward (and quick). Thank you UK Water Filters.

Am in a very hard water area and with customer service help, identified that the total antiscale cartridge ASC 4000 was the best to use in tandem with a carbon filter. At last I have scum free tea!
