Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

Very pleased with the service and the fact they got back to me straight away and over the weekend to solve a problem that I had. I bought a three way tap which has 3/8 inch fittings or tails which I needed to connect to 1/2 inch pipework. They were very helpful in trying to resolve this for me but in the end I was able to resolve the problem myself by getting flexi pipe adaptors.

We have an LG fridge with a water/ice dispenser here in Spain and replacement water filters are not easy to source. UK Water Filters supply our filter every 6 months and always deliver within 3/4 days of us placing our order on line. Very happy with their service.

We chose this water softener as it is salt free and suitable for use with our septic tank. After several months of satisfactory use we encountered a problem, which was diagnosed by UK Water Filters as being due to copper leakage from a water pipe. The firm was extremely helpful and compensated us for the reduced softener life. We now have a totally satisfactory system. This is a very hard water area and the difference in water quality is total.

There are few services around the home that don’t eventually fail and need repair and whilst water is looked after by water authorities I have seen the occasional small fresh water slug hanging out of the tap. I have read they do you no harm so having a water filter fitted to any tap we drink cold water from gives peace of mind. I find UK filters give an excellent service in reminding you when it is due for changing and don’t let you forget, providing you with a first line value for service.

The replacement filter gives immediate improvement in performance over the old unit in taste and the reduction of kettle limescale in my very hard water area.
Thanks to all in guiding me through the parts required to adapt the existing pipe work to the 1/4 pipes used on the new filter.

Have been using UK Water Filters for a few years and they seem reasonably priced and very responsive to any issue. Very unusually we had a slight problem with our latest filter and they sent a replacement quickly and without quibble. All good again now. Would recommend.

My tap water was terrible - very chlorinated and hard leaving an unsightly film floating on top of any tea or coffee . The flavour of the tea /Coffee was always spoiled by the chemical taste and the visual aspect of the scum always left me embarrassed when making drinks for guests. Drinking such heavily tainted water ,surely ,can’t be good for ones health and drinking the water straight from the tap was not a pleasant experience .I opted for the under sink filter with scale remover and after easily fitting it following the instructions the water now tastes wonderful and natural all chemical taint is removed and tea and coffee taste ( and look) fantastic now and the water tastes wonderful straight from the supplied faucet ....It’s great in these times to actually buy something that actually does what it claims to do and at very reasonable price . I don’t usually write reviews as I’m never really blown away as much as I am with this product . I now drink more water everyday as I has a problem staying hydrated with the straight tap water ... not a problem anymore . Thank you

The company was easy to deal with answered all my questions. The web site was well set out. It made a vast difference to the taste & smell of our water. We don’t get lime scale problems anymore. A win win situation!
