Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

Nothing is perfect. I judge retailers and manufacturers by how they deal with a problem. In the case of UK Water Filters their customer service was exemplary. We ordered 3 filters. The first one had no problems whatsoever . The second had a distinctive unpleasant taste unless water was run for a while beforehand. UK Water Filters worked with us to achieve a good result despite Coronavirus causing a major delay. A replacement filter has worked without fault. We will be buying our filters from UK Water Filters in future.

After sending the agreed order it arrived with issues, upon contacting them it was sorted without fuss. The 15mm reducer to 8mm instead of the saddle connector made the installation look professional, and the extra pipe at no further cost was good. Very easy to fit with a robust filter housing. The cup of tea at the end of the job tasted great, time will tell on the filter quality, but I expect that will be good too.

I researched product. Looked at various places to buy. UK Water Filters had many products at competitive prices. I asked for advice using the online form. I got a quick reply suggesting one of the products I had shortlisted. I ordered the product. Very quickly delivered. Instructions were just right and I had the product installed very quickly. I also appreciated that the company had used expanded cardboard for packing rather that bubble wrap. I could recycle all the packaging

We first installed the Anti Scale Water System which was very easy to install, unfortunately for us the taste was not to our liking but please read through other reviews as many of there customers are very happy with the taste. As true to there word we returned the system with no quibbles and we upgraded to the Reverse Osmosis system. Again very straight forward to install and the water taste was very much to our liking. We are very happy with the system as we are saving a lot of money on bottled water, this could be up to 9 to 12 bottles a week, YES we drink a lot of water.
Customer service is very good, quick to respond and will help with any issues.

This company is so quick at send out the items .They are sent with full instructions on how to install them and its all labeled so you know where the pipe fit and when its up and running and that takes no time at all really.
The water tastes so much better if you have ever had water from a fresh spring well you would know how good it is.I bought this one for a friend and fitted it for her its so good I will get one for my house too.you can buy cheaper ones but are you going to be able to buy the replacement filters in two years time. this company will send you reminder when you need new filters and if you don't use that much water they will change the length of time before they email you for the filter replacements .Not just get you to buy them to make money.
