Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

We have always used a very well known water filter but changed over in January this year. The service is brilliant, the quality of the product is great. Really easy to change over to this new filter system with excellent instructions. The after sales service has been second to none, how many suppliers check to ensure you have received your parcel and really want to know if everything is ok. Well done.

Ordered a filter for my tap. It arrived super quick and well packaged. Installation instruction were simple and easy to follow and I have never touched any pipes in my life before! So well chuffed with that. When I had a concern, I sent UK-water-filters an email and I must say I was very impressed with their prompt reply. We live in North Devon that has high levels of tourism and many beaches. South West Water has to therefore use high levels of chlorine so our water from the tap has an odour like a swimming pool. As a consequence, we were buying high volumes of bottled water to use in the kettle. We were never happy with the plastic bottle usage even though they can be recycled. A friend recommended this firm for a Reverse Osmosis Cartridge Filtration System that fits under the sink. The water quality and taste is superb and makes brilliant tea thank goodness.
We also have some intensive dairy farms in the area which keep milking cows in large hanger type barns all year and then spray the fields with slurry to an excessive degree. These filter systems remove farm chemical waste too.
The double osmotic cartridge system reintroduces clean mineral elements so that you drink in a variety of the natural earth minerals which we need for good health like calcium.
The company remind us by email to order a new filter every 6 months and they arrive promptly.
