Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

When I enquired about a filter cartridge for my water filter using their web site I found the one that needed quite easily. I ordered one and was very pleased with price as it was less than I had been paying another company. The every six months they remind me that it needs changing with a simple reorder system and quick delivery. I am very happy with the service.

Decided to invest in a heavy metal filter for our drinking water.We chose an under sink unit with replaceable cartridges.This company provided kit at a modest price and have been brilliant in giving advice and service for the last four years or so.I even get a reminder to change the cartridge at the appropiate time based on our water usage.I shall continue to use this company and thoroughly recommend them.

I have used UK Water Filters for several years....saving lots of money on filtering by jug. My tap water without a filter is horrible , cannot get a decent cup of coffee. The filters do a great job. They are easy to fit and to change. The UK Water Filters after sales service is brilliant , reminding of time to change and then getting the filter to you rapidly.Superb.

I have used the uk water filter company a few times and have found it very reliable and prompt with delivery, they also send an email after 6 months to remind you that it is ready for changing. I find this service most helpful as I do tend to forget about it. And nd then I can just click on the link and order another one.

I purchased my water filter system around 7 years ago and have had absolutely no problems.
UK water filters advise each 6 months when the cartridge requires changing, an operation which is so simple in itself that takes around 2 minutes to complete.
I would whole heartedly recommend this company, their customer service is excellent.

I purchased one to try them out six months ago - everything from order to delivery to fitting worked well. Very clear and simple instructions. After 6 months of perfect water quality, I ordered again to replace the first one - no signs of any defect in operation on the first one, and everything went smoothly with the second, with follow up by the company to check on delivery, suitability and satisfaction.
