Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

I have used this company for some years and found them very helpful,
Regular reminders are sent out and they know which filters you need ( used previously that is!! ) so re-order is a doddle.
They send reminders irrespective of the type of water you have locally so you can choose when to change the filters & re-order.
I'll be keeping them in my folders.

Individual filters vary in ease of fitting but none have had a persistent leak problem.
I would recommend the filter as it definitely gives "price performance".

I purchase a Neff filter for my fridge/freezer. The product is excellent value for money. UK Water Filters provides a 6 month reminder for when a filter change is due, and once ordered on their easy to use website the replacement arrives quickly, usually the next day. Thoroughly recommend their service.

Have bought from UK water filters for many years & always had the same very helpful prompt service. Even had a complete filter system installed in a holiday home abroad with same service & help, reminders & new cartridge posted out to me.

I've been using UK Water Filters for over ten years, ordering a new inline filter every 6 months. I've only ever received one faulty filter, and the replaced it the next day; no quibble. UK Water Filters keep the prices very reasonable.

What a pleasure to deal with this company! I came across them online, but chose to ring them to place my order. The person I spoke to was very helpful and on the ball. The goods arrived a couple of days later and proved excellent. A few days after that a very polite email arrived, asking if all was well and to get in touch by phone if there were any problems. Real customer service, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We receive a reminder when our filter is about due for replacement. Filter easy to fit and arrives quickly.
This company is one of a dying breed that truly does provide a first class service!!!!!
