Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

I always get a reminder a few weeks before my filter is due for renewal, and then it's a case of clicking on the link to order a new one. Delivery is within a few days. On the whole excellent service I have been using them for about 4 years now.

Filter and UV arrived as planned. Simple installation. Clear sample results back with a week.
We have been without safe drinking water for 12 weeks, UV was he final part of the jigsaw.
UK Water Filters respond quickly to my enquiry and followed by good customer service checking our installation was successful and if we needed any assistance.

I've been using these guys for several years now and no complaints. Ed sends me a reminder every time the filter is due for renewal and a new one arrives a couple of days after I place the order. Excellent service.

Have used this company for several years, and always had very good service, last order went astray, but they were quick to refund, and send out a replacement order.
As for the filters, what a difference it makes to the drinking water, use it also for cooking vegetables.
