Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

I ordered an under worktop drinking water filter unit with an anti scale filter, this arrived promptly on time.
The water through this unit at first tasted bitter, but after talking to UK water filters I have turned the flow rate down which although now takes a little longer to fill up the kettle or glass of water has greatly improved the taste.
I can't fault the service I've received and will probably buy another for my son's house.

These guys have consistently gone above & beyond to provide me with what I need for my kitchen water filter system. I moved into a house & knew nothing about the system I inherited, they helped me sort out an efficient, good value for money system with advice & supply of the correct connections thrown in at no extra cost.
I won't be looking anywhere else for filters in the future.

Ive had my American fridge freezer about 9 yearsand have always bought my filters from UK water filters. Their service has always been superb. Even moving countries hasn't hindered the service we receive. Totally happy to recommend them.

I have had one before at a different address and am perfectly happy with this one so far.
Although it says no plumber needed, I did use one as the space underneath the sink is very small. Unless you are a good DIY person, it would be a good idea to have a plumber or handyman to do the job if space is limited.

I have used UK water filters for over 4 years and I get my filter delivered to Dublin, Ireland as I have no local suppliers! Recently I required replacement parts for my installation and UK water filters assisted me via email and pics of the installation to establish exactly what was required, which was delivered within 2 days and solved the problem completely. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending UK water filters as a professional, helpful and efficient company.
