Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

Their web site is easy to use and the prices they charge are very competitive. Ordering is simple and easy and delivery is usually within two or three days of ordering.
To help us they send a reminder when the filter is about to be changed. This seems a little odd, how do they know? however they do it, it is a great system that allows easy follow up ordering.

I ordered a filter this time and found after a while it was leaking I emailed the company to tell them and they replaced it right away for me also gave me a refund on the first one great service
it a pity more company don't follow suit
