Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

Used their in-line/cartridge limescale filters for a couple of years now. There have been one or two problems; namely with leakage from the cartridge. These were dealt with very promptly - replacements being provided without question. The design was changed a year or so ago, and no further leaks have occurred.
The filter does reduce limescale, but does not eliminate it. I suspect a much more expensive salt-based filter would be needed to do this.

Our under sink water filter housing unit needed replacing during lockdown. Our family are pretty reliant on a water filter and we really wanted to avoid resorting to buying the bottled product.
The only place I could source an identical product was UK Water Filters. I ordered online and the product was delivered within a day. The housing unit arrived with instructions and some ancillary items. I was able to install the unit myself despite zero plumbing skills.
Based on this experience, I thoroughly recommend UK Water Filters.

Ordered a water filter and was warned at the time 3-5 days delivery due to covid-19, but not an issue. After two weeks nothing had appears so emails and was phone the next day to say another would be sent out should be tue or wed delivery. Thursday the filter was delivered.
No issue with the item once I had it, but delivery company used is not reliable.
I can't comment on the quality of the filter as will take a few months to see a difference.

My first dealings with U K Water Filters have been positive. The product, well priced, arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. The instructions for installation were simple and easy to follow. We have been up and running with no problems so far and I have no reason to think that any will crop up. Follow up communication from the company was welcomed and has cemented what I hope to be my continued dealings with them.

Have used UK Water Filters for the last couple of years , the filters are as good or better than the high priced branded replacements ( half the price). The last order I made during the lock down period arrived 3 days after I order them - excellent when a lot of companies are quoting anything up to 14 days.

I have used this company for my water filters for over 5yrs and I will continue to do so. The products are definitely value for money and the packaging is always excellent ensuring none of the items are damaged. Whilst I set my own reminders to change the filters every 6mths, I really appreciate the e-mails from the company as an additional reminder!! Finally, I’ve had nothing but exceptional customer service from them and they are to be commended for this!!

It is difficult to try and find what you want at a good price. I came across this company who were selling the filters I needed for my fridge. The price was great and despite lockdown they arrived safely and quickly. Very happy to purchase from here and have recommended to friends and family. The company even emailed me to check that everything was alright something others never do. Thank you for the excellent service you provide.

Bought as a replacement for our Brita titanium 3 way in line filter, as Brita had stopped making the replacement filter cartridge.
Filter came with all the fitting so that all I had to do was remove the old filter and replace it with the new one. All fittings were pushfit, and the replacement took less than 5 minutes to do. Filter works exactly the same as the old one producing us filtered water without the chlorine taste when not filtered.

Very rarely these days do we experience customer service & quality of products like this company offers. I read a few online reviews before choosing to purchase from them & I wondered if they could really be that good. Well in one word, yes they absolutely were that good. I was wanting to purchase a more expensive system but after chatting with this company they advised I didn’t need that one & the cheaper one would more than meet my needs. Who’s ever heard of that? A company more interested in meeting the needs of its customers than making more money? Well you have now. Thank you UK water filters There should be many more companies with your ethics.
