Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

I first installed a UK Water Filters under-sink unit over five years ago. Since then we have received excellent service with timely half-year reminders and swift delivery of replacement filter elements.
Our mains supply is noticeably chlorinated river water. Our UK Water Filter corrects this completely producing clean-tasting bright water.
Initially I found changing filters with ordinary household tools was possible but challenging. This was quickly solved using the UKWF purpose-made wrench. Now it's literally the work of minutes.

Up until very recently we had been using the water filter that "UK Water Filters" supplied us with, their own brand.
We have the filter connected to the back of our fridge. We had left the old one on since 2009! We have been very negligent up until now not changing it ever since. I called up UK Water Filters and asked them what the next step was in changing filters. I was greeted by a warm member of the team who brought up the address records and asked me if i wanted the standard replacement. He answered all my chlorine and water related questions. The cartridge was around ?15-20, delivery was prompt as advertised and based on my experience, i would definitely recommend this company to others.

The reminders sent out by this company for the renewal of this water filter are great.This includes an easy web link to the quick purchase of it.
