Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

I have used UK Water Filters for many years to purchase water filters for an American style fridge with a chilled water tap. They have always been very fast and efficient with the service and the product is superb.
I have recently purchased a shower head with built-in water filter to help with the hard water problem here. Again the service was fast and efficient and the product is great.

I have never been disappointed when dealing with UK Water Filters. They provide a fast efficient service with a keen eye on customer service and after sales care.
On the one occasion I had a problem with a new purchase it was replaced quickly with a minimum of fuss or bother.
Reordering is easy and quick due to the ability to search past orders and the email reminder that unerringly arrives within days of the filter requiring a change!!

We have used UK water filters for many years (8?) and have no problems whatsoever with either the product or the service.
We used to have an LG American style fridge freezer and upgraded to an AGA a few years ago.
Rather than use the very expensive internal AGA filter we stuck to the original in-line external style used in the old LG.
It works just fine and is ?? cheaper. Easy to fit - no leaks and it works. They also remind us when we need to change it and it arrives in a day or so through the Royal Mail Post.
It could not be easier. We would not go anywhere else.

I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of using them, as I have always found them to be polite, prompt and very helpful. We recently had trouble fitting a new cartridge to our water filter, and a quick phone call was all it took to solve it. Always leave a reminder when a cartride is nearing the end of it's life. Very good service all round.

Iv'e had my water filter installed now for a couple of years and I am really pleased with it.
It was inexpensive, simple to install and yet works perfectly. In my local area the taste of clourine in the water was really strong and it was one of the reasons that prompted me to look for a filter. This one does the job and much more besides.
An excellent product, what more can anyone say.
