Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

Well, its when something goes wrong that's the test of good customer service and I must say that when it happened to me UK Water Filters were absolutely excellent! After a hard day, getting home and finding 'er in doors moaning about a filter fault was the last I needed. Ah well, its late at night (22.45) but I'll bash out an email hoping for a response the following day but alas, within minutes I had a reply from Ed Parry and following a couple of swift communications again with Ed and Jonathan the problem was sorted with parts on the way and the problem plus my ear ache resolved!
It's unusual in this day and age - but this was service at its very best. Well done all at UK Water Filters Ltd., Martin Weeks

We have been a customer for approximately 2 years. We live in a very hard water area and always suffered from "flavoured" water and limescale in our kettle. Since using UK Water Filters we have a contuous supply of crisp clear water with absolutely no scaling in the kettle.
The service is always prompt and efficient (the reminders are particularly helpful).
The prices are very good.
The product performs as expected.

Having searched all our local shops and building centres to find a replacement filter to no avail we then looked on the internet. This is were we found 'UK Water Filters LTd'. There site was easy to read and after a very short time we found they had the filter we needed. Having ordered and paid on-line the filter was delivered in 25 Hrs.Fitting the replacement was very easy along with the stickers to show were the filter came from including phone number. We would certainly recommend this supplier. Well done 'UK water Filters Ltd.

I've been buying replacement filters for my kitchen filter tap from UK Water Filters for several years now.
Delivery is quick and the price is fair.
They helpfully send a reminder email six months after a previous purchase, and a follow-up message to check that there were no problems with the replacement filter.

I have used UK water filters for the last 2or 3 years after my previous source of supply ended. They supply good quality products, not the cheap "near enough" filters offered by some other firms. They are efficient, delivery is prompt and prices fair, they check after delivery that things are ok and follow up with reminders when replacements are needed. What more can you ask!
