Vital Signs Scotland – Emergency Preparedness, First Aid & Safety Training
Vital Signs Scotland is a specialist provider of accredited emergency preparedness, first aid and workplace safety training for businesses, organisations and individuals across Scotland.
Established in 2020 and led by experienced emergency responders, we deliver practical, scenario-based training designed to build the skills, knowledge and confidence to respond effectively when it matters most.
Our training includes:
Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – RQF Level 3 / SCQF Level 6 First Aid at Work (FAW) – RQF Level 3 / SCQF Level 6 Paediatric First Aid Outdoor, Activity, Sports and Forestry First Aid First Responder and First Responder Refresher training Major Incident & Trauma training Marine First Aid Dental and Healthcare Basic Life Support (BLS) Dental and Healthcare Immediate Life Support (ILS) First Aid for Mental Health and Workplace Mental Health training Fire Safety and Fire Marshal/Warden training Safeguarding training Moving & Handling training Food Safety & Hygiene Evacuation Chair and Evacuation Mat training
We provide nationally recognised regulated qualifications and accredited vocational training through recognised awarding and certification organisations. Vital Signs Scotland is an approved ProTrainings Centre and works with established awarding organisations to provide RQF, SCQF and VTQ training options.
Scheduled courses are available at training venues across Scotland, including Bathgate and Livingston in West Lothian, with additional venues in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee and Aberdeen.
We also specialise in on-site group training, allowing organisations to have courses delivered at their own premises where suitable training facilities are available.
Vital Signs Scotland can also provide Event First Aid cover by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss your event requirements and obtain a quotation.
Our primary area of operations covers the whole of Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands, Western Isles, Orkney and Shetland. Training elsewhere in the UK may also be available by arrangement.
